Freshslice Pizza is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Lead who possesses a strong work ethic and thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in loading and unloading shipments, organizing products in the warehouse, and maintaining new inventory.
2. Quick thinking to resolve issues that arise. Clear and effective communication with staff and logistics partners.
3. Prepare orders for delivery and ensure that they are properly packed and secured for transportation. Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
4. Safely operate company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to deliver products to designated locations.
5. Picking / Packing / Staging Orders.
6. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor.
7. Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
8. Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
9. Assist in receiving incoming shipments, checking for damages, and verifying product quantity and quality.
10. Use pallet jack for receiving and putting away stock.
11. Check and verify stock received and shipped.
12. Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times to promote a safe working environment.
13. Help with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as packaging, labeling, and restocking shelves.
14. Handyman job including cutting metal and using power tools. All safety gear is provided at site.

Requirements:

1. Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. Familiar with WMS System.
3. Proven experience in warehouse operations and driving, preferably in a similar role for at least 1 year.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
8. Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
9. Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse operations and driving.
