Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Shopify Support Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend technologies, especially Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, ensuring high-quality deliverables, seamless user experiences, and operational excellence. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is essential for client communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Shopify Support engineer, having good skills for both Backend and Frontend 
• Can able to Speak , Write and Japanese 
• Tech Stack - AWS, React, NestJS, Shopify 
• Strong expertise in Shopify Plus development and support.
• Quality and CSAT: On-Time Delivery, Manage software, Troubleshoot queries, Customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation.
• Responsible for 100% on-time MIS and report generation
• Continuous integration, Deployment and monitoring of software
• Should have 3-5 Years of experience with Shopify Support engineer .

Japanese Languages: Fluent level Japanese(N1) and business level English required
