What You’ll Do

• Plan, lead, coordinate and oversee the implementation of complex interdependent technological projects and deliverables
• Work in collaboration with experienced project managers, software developers, and specialists
• Lead initiatives that involve business/technology transformation and organizational change
• Manage budgets, and minimize overhead for teams while providing maximum visibility to all stakeholders
• Create project deliverables and define the level of quality, timelines, resources, and budget
• Recognize key project team members, roles, and organizational structure to ensure team members are aligned and project expectations are defined
• Oversee project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor project progress
• Examine project interdependencies, identify project risks, and establish and implement a mitigation plan
• Develop project management artifacts while complying with enterprise policies and procedures
• Negotiate priorities across multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirements
• Be the primary point of contact for a variety of projects
• Provide proactive leadership and direction to junior project managers and delivery teams
• Stay on top of new industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices to influence the success of programs and initiatives

Experience You’ll Bring

• 3 - 5 years of experience working as a Release / Project Manager in R&D and/or Enterprise Software Product Development
• PMP / PMI-ACP / Lean Certification or similar industry certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field
• Experience of minimum 5 years working in change management/risk management / process management
• Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise mobility solutions and technical software projects
• Experience in agile software development methodology and in-depth understanding of software development and product life cycle
• Proficient in project management methodologies and JIRA
• Experienced in handling large-scale interdependent technological projects, using a variety of tools such as release dashboards, metrics, and pivot tables
• Ability to comprehend complex technological challenges
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to express complex processes in simple terms to both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing conflicts and working with a cross-functional team
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework will be considered an asset
