Plant Finance Controller, Engineered Packaging Products
Dynamically growing manufacturer of complex engineered packaging products seeks senior financial leader to lead transformation of the finance and accounting function in their GTA-based production facility.
You will lead a plant-based financial team with full responsibility for operational and cost accounting, financial reporting and analysis and process optimization, while supporting executive initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. As the leader in the accounting function, you will be called upon to raise the standard for timely and robust reporting as well as for complex analysis to augment this high-performance culture.
Ideally you will have a CPA, CMA and/or MBA, with a strong technical background in financial accounting, reporting, analysis and cost accounting in the manufacturing environment. You will have a history of implementing robust processes and systems and creating effective KPI dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness in a growth focused enterprise. Your background experience will include exposure to the rigorous practices seen in aerospace, automotive, medical device and electronics and/or EMS manufacturing environments.
