In this new role, we are seeking an intern/part-time assistant to join our Compliance team. This 10-month part-time assistant role will be based in Tokyo, Japan and is expected to work 2-3 days (~3 hours between 9am to 6pm). 

What you do:

• Assist in reviewing contracts

• Translate internal rules and other documents

• Filing of contracts and document storage

• Assist with company secretarial tasks

• Conduct compliance testing under minimal supervision

• Support other office administration works including filing, organizing meetings and training sessions

• Other duties as assigned by team members

What you bring:

• Students from Law faculty, Political Science & Economics, Management related discipline

• Excellent English and Japanese reading and writing proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail with good organization skills

• Excellent communication skills & strong motivation

** This position is offered through the end of March 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs
