What You Can Expect in This Role:

• Learn how to lead face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and integrity
• Gain hands-on training in sales, team leading, and campaign management
• Develop key business skills including goal setting, time management, and team collaboration
• Learn how to train, coach, and motivate others
• Work closely with experienced mentors and receive ongoing feedback and support

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in face-to-face customer interactions in a professional and approachable manner
• Assist customers by answering questions and offering tailored solutions
• Track personal performance and report progress toward daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and development sessions
• Support new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment
• Contribute to campaign setup, territory planning, and field strategy execution
• Uphold a high standard of customer experience and brand representation
