Role Description

Distinct Vancouver is seeking a full-time, on-site  Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring outstanding customer support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our events through effective communication, problem-solving, and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support at events to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Represent brands professionally and effectively during activations, promotions, and engagements.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and activities.
• Foster enthusiasm and engagement during events to create memorable experiences for customers.
• Solve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanour.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, retail, or brand representation is an asset but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to inspire enthusiasm and actively engage customers at events.
