The Role

  • OBJECTIVE:
    • Supervising and implementing KPI management and annual planning in the stores. Focusing on potential detection, retention and internal promotion for each position.
    • Manage working environment and promoting customer satisfaction with teams and managers.
  • Cost Manaqement
    • "Control Hours budget and improvement action plan to adjust the productivity and hours to the sales" Budget and KPI management I Sales, Hours, Productivity
    • Personal costs I Over time
  • Training and Development
    • ''In change of the career development of the manager and each position. Ensuing the right profile, trainings and succession plan. Organize the performance evaluation on time to all employees on training according to the training tool."
    • Training/ Evaluation/ Manager chart/ workshop by using in-house tool/ Transfer
  • HR Administration
    • Responsible for the contract change, salary documents and special approves issues "Correct attendance management, Efficient shift management"
    • Payroll management/ Shift management Attendance check and clock / Staff enter and leave
    • Contract change and renew/Absence control (Paid holiday, Maternity leave , Other absences)
  • Risk management
    • "Comply with company rules and improving employee satisfaction" Labor law/ Staff care/ Problem solving
  • Cooperation
    • '·Improve CX quality and Customer satisfaction, Implement New project to Store" Customer Experience
    • Implement company global policy and standard with other section/department team
