This is a full-time salary position based out our main headquarters in Fort St. John, BC. Successful applicant must reside in Fort St. John or be willing to relocate to FSJ if not already a resident.
Roles and Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
Operations – Overseeing daily operations of the business. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of services. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Oversee managing maintenance of equipment and tools.
Manage, monitor and improve the efficiency of support services including HR, Finance, Maintenance and HSE. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
Strategic Input - Liaison with owner. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Project Management – Oversight of PMO (project management office)
Financial - Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.

Qualifications Include:
5+ years managerial experience.
Project management experience
Extensive understanding of the oil and gas industry

Pay Range:
$165,000.00 to $225,000.00 per yeay
