Job Description

As Visual Merchandising expert, you will have the responsibility to communicate and enhance the vision of the brand through the Retail network in Japan.
Your impact
WINDOW & INSTORE DISPLAY
Responsible for obtaining the brand image through the Paris guidelines with local modification as needed to attract our clients and maximize sales.
-Planning and implementing VM plans
-Leading and supporting the In-Store VM Ambassador on VM rotations
-Training In-Store VM Ambassadors (newcomers and existing) towards the development their VM skills and roles
-Quality control and maintain of store’s window display and in-store visual display
-VM setup new store openings and remodels, seasonal launches, events and Popups
-Organizing the Light box images in all the stores
-Organizing the VM tools stock inventory in all the stores and warehouse

 
COMMUNICATION

• Collaborate with related Japan divisions (Merchandising team, Retail team, Store Planning team, Clenteling team, Logistics team, Communication team)
• Support creating the reports about VM activities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and retail associates

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Education :

• Business School, University or “equivalent experience”

Experience :

• Position requires minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive Visual Merchandising Manager experience including people management
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
