Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 per year

Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle trust & estate litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Manage caseloads and court deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients and experts
- Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations
Qualifications – Needed
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in trust & estate litigation or closely related civil litigation
- Experience drafting motions, conducting depositions, and arguing in court
- Proven ability to manage caseload and meet litigation deadlines
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Knowledge of California probate procedures is a strong plus
