• Maintaining records of maintenance, installation, and operation procedures.
• Providing detailed technical explanations to clients on system usage.
• Possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certification being advantageous.
• Working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Possessing strong communication and customer service skills
