Title: Senior Claims Examiner (Casualty/Liability)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Full-Time | Hybrid/Field-Based

Our client, a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services, is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Examiner with expertise in casualty and liability claims or a licensed Independent Adjuster to join their growing insurance claims management and adjusting team in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of casualty/liability claims from start to resolution, ensuring effective and timely outcomes for clients.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and maintain accurate claim management records and reporting data.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the claims lifecycle while adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience adjusting Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims, ideally within field-based insurance or adjusting roles.
• A strong work ethic, excellent organization skills, and a high level of professionalism.
• A valid Canadian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
• Post-secondary education: University degree or College diploma preferred.
• Articulate, methodical, and energetic approach to managing multiple priorities.
