Snowflake is looking for a data-driven Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team. You will target our strategic accounts in the Advertising, Media, Entertainment, & Communications/Tech industry with boutique 1:1 campaigns and strategic 1:few campaigns, gaining experience in integrated ABM.

As a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs supporting revenue goals across all customer lifecycle stages for strategic accounts. You will align with sales to target key accounts effectively, optimizing performance at each step.

This role suits a results-driven high-achiever capable of developing B2B marketing programs strategically and tactically. It reports to the Senior Manager of the Majors ABM team.

This role follows Snowflake's hybrid 3-day in-office policy, reporting to our Menlo Park, CA office.

AS A SR. ABM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  1. Build and execute high-impact ABM programs to accelerate deals, foster growth, and increase cross-sell/upsell revenue.
  2. Create personalized digital landing pages and launch multi-threaded paid social campaigns with tailored messaging by account and target audience.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Field Events, Demand Generation, and Solution Product Marketing teams on account-specific research, events, mailers, and follow-up programs.
  4. Measure and report data, insights, and KPIs regularly to the business.

OUR IDEAL SR. ABM MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including 1:1 ABM experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Sigma, Tableau, Excel, Streamlit, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
  • Creativity and passion for building unique 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, including messaging, targeting, and creative design.
  • Ability to evolve marketing strategies based on data analysis, sales feedback, and understanding of large accounts and B2B sales cycles.
  • Problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Attention to detail, project management skills, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
  • Experience with AI algorithms, machine learning, data science, or Snowflake technologies.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $148,000 - $206,800. It is eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
