Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions and best practices.
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate resource deployment effectively.
• Provide comprehensive customer training and configure Salesforce to maximize user adoption.
• Engage in continual skill development through guided and self-directed learning initiatives.
• Work closely with our experienced architects for a comprehensive 90-day ramp-up program.
• Quarterly requirement to be physically present in Toronto Office

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years of consulting experience
• 3-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration experience
• Experience implementing customers
• Salesforce certifications
