Job Description

The RWE Lead will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing real-world evidence strategies to support decision-making in the life sciences field. Based in Tokyo, this position requires a strong background in data analytics and real-world evidence methodologies to drive impactful outcomes.

職務内容

* Lead a team to leverage expertise in RWD and methodology to support use of fit-for-purpose RWD solutions and/or bring that expertise to a matrix team to proactively influence evidence generation through analytics, standards, innovation, and best practices.
* Maintain knowledge of innovative methods and emerging technologies to analyze complex health datasets and understanding of the changing regulatory landscape.
* Ensure appropriate processes are utilized in project delivery in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) including appropriate use of quality control (QC)
* Maintain a comprehensive overview of the external environment for RWD/E policy and data availability in Japan
* Develop the RWD strategy for Japan in collaboration with the RWD Strategy and Partnerships team, allocate resource to support this remit, and build internal relationships to maximize the value of data partnerships in Japan

* A strong educational background in life sciences, epidemiology, public health, or a related field.
* 10+ years experience in the field of drug development
* 5+ years experience as a people leader
