We have an extensive track record of advising both business owners and individual clients on diverse and complex tax issues. Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines legal administrative support with videography. This is a great opportunity for someone with a creative eye and strong organizational skills who thrives in a flexible work environment.

Additional Details:

• This is an Ottawa-based role, with in-person work required at our office located at 66 Slater Street
• Schedule and hours are flexible depending on your availability and our needs (anywhere from 10 to 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general legal assistant support, including scheduling, document prep, and file organization
• Assist with marketing and communication efforts, including content coordination and outreach.
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for internal use and external communications
• Support administrative needs around the office as required

Qualifications

• Education : Diploma or Certificate in Legal Assistant, Paralegal Studies, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Technical Skills : Experience with videography, including filming, editing, and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. Familiarity with Canadian legal procedures or administrative support in a legal setting is an asset. Comfort with coordinating content for internal or external communications.
• Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
