仕事内容

当社が展開するSteam Deck小売（リテール・EC）・ゲームコンテンツ・デジタルマンガプラットフォーム領域における、デジタルとオフラインを統合したマーケティング施策全体を統括し、ブランド価値と事業成果の最大化を目指すチームを構築します。現在は、それぞれの地域担当者が各プロダクトのマーケティングを個別に担っていますが、今後のさらなる市場拡大と成長を見据え、各メンバーが連携しながら施策を実行できる体制を整えることが、本ポジションの重要な役割です。

マーケティングディレクターは、各メンバーと丁寧に対話し、これまでの経験と知見を共有することでメンバーの成長と挑戦を支援し、チームとしての一体感を育みながら、強固なマーケティング組織をつくり上げていくことが求められます。

担当業務

• 各プロダクトのマーケティング戦略の策定・実行
• デジタル & オフライン施策の統括
• KPI設計・データ分析・改善提案
• チームマネジメント、採用活動

応募条件

• 10年以上のビデオゲーム業界でのマーケティング戦略の立案・実行経験
• プロダクト / デジタル / コミュニティマーケティングの深い知見と実績
• KPIの設計・運用・分析および改善提案経験
• 日本語を母語とするか、それと同等の日本語能力
• 日本での教育歴や生活歴を通じて、日本特有の表現・価値観に精通している方

• ５年以上のチームマネジメント・ピープルマネジメント（5人～10人）経験

給料 : 経験とスキルに基づく

給与に45時間の固定残業代が含まれる、出勤日の交通費支給

• 通常勤務時間：午前9時～午後6時（1時間の昼休憩を含む）
• フレックスタイム：コアタイム 午前10時～午後3時

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing all of our marketing initiatives, integrating digital and offline, in the areas of Steam Deck sales (retail sales and EC), game content, and digital manga platforms, and will build a marketing team that aims to maximize brand value and business results. Currently, each regional representative is responsible for marketing each product individually, but with an eye toward further market expansion and growth in the future, an important role of this position is to establish a system that enables team-wide collaboration and unified execution of strategies.

The Marketing Director is expected to carefully communicate with each member and share his or her experience and knowledge to support their growth and challenges, foster a sense of unity as a team, and build a strong marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of marketing strategies for each product
• Overseeing digital and offline marketing initiatives
• KPI design, data analysis, and improvement proposals
• Team management and recruitment activities

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in planning and executing marketing strategies in the video game industry
• Deep expertise and proven track record in product, digital, and community marketing
• Experience in designing, managing, analyzing, and optimizing KPIs
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, or equivalent language ability
• Strong understanding of Japanese expressions and cultural values, gained through education or living experience in Japan
• More than 5 years of experience in team and people management (5–10 members)

Preferred Qualifications

• Someone passionate about team growth and building scalable structures
• Someone passionate about games and manga content

Work Location ： Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan

Employment Type ： Full-Time

Salary ： Based on experience and skills

In the case of the Japan office, the salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 45 hours. Transportation expenses are provided for office commuting days.

Working Hours and Work Style

Standard Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)

Flex Time: Core hours:10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
