The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to enrich our creative team with dynamic, vibrant, and cheerful energy. This role is crucial in shaping the visual aspects of our educational content, packaging, social media, and promotional materials. Note, this role focuses on graphic design and is not related to UX or game design.

Visual Storytelling

• Collaborate with content writers and marketing to bring ideas to life through engaging, on-brand visuals that tell a clear and compelling story.

Design Execution

• Design a wide range of promotional and marketing materials—including social media graphics, thumbnails, email blasts, print collateral, and digital ads—either from scratch or based on established art direction.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all creative output aligns with our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all channels and formats.

Creative Innovation

• Bring fresh ideas to the table with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and current design trends. Push creative boundaries while supporting overall campaign goals.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely under the guidance of the Art Director, taking feedback constructively and delivering high-quality assets on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in graphic elements, layout creation, and preparing artworks for final production.
• Understanding of color profiles, asset libraries, and design iterations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to pitch and present ideas effectively.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a passion for design.
