Job Description

Commercial Floor Covering contractor looking for a full-time Sales/Project Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by promoting our solutions within your assigned territory.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare estimates and proposals using construction drawings and specs (e.g., PlanSwift, Excel).
• Oversee projects, coordinating suppliers, installers, and schedules.
• Manage budgets and timelines, thriving under tight deadlines.

• Base salary: $45,000/year, plus commission/profit sharing (top performers earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually, but the  potential is unlimited ).

What You Bring :

• Experience in sales & construction, with the ability to read blueprints and specs. (Mandatory)
• Daily access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently.
• Strongly preferred: Flooring or interior finishes experience; sales, negotiation, or closing skills; Bachelor’s degree.
• Strongly preferred: Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
