The Role
* Analyze product-based profitability across global consolidated operations, as well as variance analysis of forecasts vs. actuals
* Conduct analysis related to business drivers, trends, and performance indicators.
* Design and improve finance processes with a focus on efficiency
* Support and identify bottlenecks in projects and operations to ensure budget is met
Your Skills
* Experience in FP&A, management accounting within the manufacturing industry.
* Experience in foreign-affiliated (multinational) manufacturing companies is a plus
* Native level of Japanese and Business level of English
