Experienced Pool Plumber & Tile Contractor TEAM

Location: NE FLORIDA

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)

$65,000-85,000 + Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Plumber and Tile Contractor TEAM with hands-on experience in new pool construction, plumbing systems, and tile installation. The ideal candidates are those that takes pride in their work, understands the importance of detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems for new pool construction, including suction/return lines, main drains, skimmers, water features, and equipment sets

• Pressure test plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance

• Read and interpret pool construction plans and plumbing schematics

• Set and install waterline tile, spillway tile, raised bond beams, and custom tile features

• Mix, apply, and finish thinset and grout with precision and cleanliness

• Work closely with other trades and project managers to maintain timelines

• Ensure worksite cleanliness and job safety at all times

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues on remodels or existing pools as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in pool plumbing and tile installation

• Strong knowledge of PVC plumbing systems, pool hydraulics, and equipment sets

• Skilled in tile layout, cutting, and setting (glass, porcelain, ceramic, and stone)

• Ability to read construction blueprints and follow layout measurements

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
