Position: Executive Driver Reports to:  

We are looking for an Executive Driver to join our Team! Our Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, and reliable transportation to our Founder and/or Executive team.

Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to flex your driving skills by providing the Founder transportation throughout the day. You are a friendly person, who can flow through traffic, scheduling changes and delays with ease.

Character & ABILITIES

• You are punctual and have strong time management skills
• You are able to deal promptly, professionally, and courteously with others

 Knowledge & skills

• You have knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation systems
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

• You have 1-2 years of experience as a professional, or executive driver
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

things you will do…

• Safely transport the founder to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other engagements as required.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled maintenance.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, documents, and other items as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of travel, mileage, fuel, and expenses.
• Maintain a business casual appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Comply with all traffic and vehicle regulations, as well as internal company protocols.
• Provide ad-hoc driving support for visiting VIPs or company guests as required.

OTHER …

• You may work on occasion at varied times, as the job requires
