Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Zipcode Digital’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, optimizing marketing funnels, and leveraging digital channels to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development:
  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop marketing plans that align with business objectives and track ROI.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize content for website, blogs, and social media to improve organic traffic and engagement.
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on KPIs, conversions, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
  1. Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
