Job Summary

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations on commercial job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Create and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays
• Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and progress reporting
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including logs and reports
• Enforce jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or interior build-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications
• Working knowledge of construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
