Architectural Job Captain | Project Captain

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and design-driven Job Captain / Project Captain to join our architecture team with a focus on hospitality environments from boutique hotels to luxury resorts and restaurants. You’ll play a key role in turning visionary designs into buildable realities, coordinating between design intent and technical execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of construction documents for hospitality projects
• Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and clients to ensure design integrity and compliance with code
• Translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and details
• Manage documentation through all phases: SD, DD, CD, and CA
• Collaborate with project managers and senior architects to meet deadlines and budgets
• Maintain organization and quality control across all project files and deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Experience coordinating MEP, structural, and specialty consultants
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and personalities with poise
• Excellent communication skills—both visual and verbal
• Degree in Architecture (Associates, B.Arch or M.Arch)
