Description
* Manage and grow sales in Natural Resources industries such as batteries, electronics, natural fibers, fuels, and lubricants.
* Plan and execute sales strategies and financial objectives for the assigned region.
* Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Service, and Marketing teams to meet customer needs.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and anti-competition rules.
* Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Train and support distributors to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
* Negotiate contracts, handle claims, and develop strong customer relationships.
* Work closely with R&D to identify and support new product opportunities.
Profile
The Successful Applicant
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
* Has 5+ years of experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in specialty chemicals.
* Understands industries such as Pulp & Paper, Electronics, Lithium Batteries, and Lubricants.
* Experienced in business development and involved in global projects.
* Skilled in managing direct customer relationships and distribution channels.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
